My Story
I am a physical therapist licensed in Brazil, where I practiced for sixteen years, with postgraduate training in dermatofunctional therapy and integrative aesthetics. I am not licensed as a physical therapist in the United States, and Código Magra is not physical therapy.
In my personal experience, I lost 26 kg after my pregnancy and developed habits that contributed to my journey. This reflects my personal experience; results come from building new habits over time and are not a guarantee of results.

What is Código Magra?
Código Magra is an educational wellness program created by Adriana Guerreiro to support women in building habits, organizing their routine and working toward their weight-management goals. It combines an app, a members community, optional dietary supplements and, in the Code Power plan, Adriana’s follow-up in a private WhatsApp group. It is not a diet, a medical treatment or nutrition counseling.
How do the subscription plans work?
Each plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. You receive the supplements included in your plan and keep access to the app and community while your subscription is active. You can cancel or change plans at any time before your next billing date. See our Subscription Terms for details.
Does Código Magra work for me, even if I have already tried several diets?
Código Magra was created for women who are tired of starting over and of extreme restrictions. Instead of a strict diet, the program focuses on noticing your patterns and building small, steady habits that fit your life. Every woman’s experience is different, and we can’t promise specific results.
Will I have support during the process?
Yes. You’ll have the app’s tools, our support channels for questions about the platform and the method and, depending on your plan, the members community and Adriana’s follow-up in the Code Power WhatsApp group.
How long do the products take to arrive?
Orders ship from Florida with tracking. Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days, and USPS delivery usually takes 2–5 days after shipping. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking code by email.
