Código Magra is an educational wellness program created by Adriana Guerreiro to support women in building habits, organizing their routine and working toward their weight-management goals. It combines an app, a members community, optional dietary supplements and, in the Code Power plan, Adriana’s follow-up in a private WhatsApp group. It is not a diet, a medical treatment or nutrition counseling.

Each plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. You receive the supplements included in your plan and keep access to the app and community while your subscription is active. Código Magra was created for women who are tired of starting over and of extreme restrictions. Instead of a strict diet, the program focuses on noticing your patterns and building small, steady habits that fit your life. Every woman’s experience is different, and we can’t promise specific results.

Yes. You’ll have the app’s tools, our support channels for questions about the platform and the method and, depending on your plan, the members community and Adriana’s follow-up in the Code Power WhatsApp group.

There is no dietitian in the program. The app includes general meal ideas and sample menus to inspire healthy eating — not individualized meal plans or nutrition counseling. If you have a health condition or need personalized nutrition care, please see a licensed healthcare professional.

No. The supplements are optional, and the Code App plan includes the app without supplements. Code Up and Code Balance are dietary supplements, not medicines, and they do not replace a balanced diet and healthy habits. Read each label for ingredients, suggested use and warnings. Code Up contains caffeine.

Yes. Code Up and Code Balance are labeled according to FDA dietary supplement regulations. As with all dietary supplements, they are not reviewed or approved by the FDA before sale, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Orders ship from Florida with tracking. Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days, and USPS delivery usually takes 2–5 days after shipping. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking code by email.
