30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We encourage everyone to try Código Magra products! If you are not completely satisfied with your results, you may request a refund for up to 2 (two) bottles within 30 days of your first purchase.

The refund will be issued for the exact amount you paid for the product, using the same payment method chosen during checkout. Unless instructed otherwise by our team, you will not need to return the bottles to us to receive your refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds do not include the shipping charges originally paid when the order was placed.

Returns & Cancellations

In addition to our satisfaction guarantee, unopened products in their original packaging (seal intact, with no signs of use) may be returned within 30 (thirty) days of the delivery date. Subscription plans may be canceled at any time before the next renewal through your “My Account” dashboard.

For a standard return, the product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use or a broken seal. To begin the process, simply contact us at the email address provided above.
