All content made available within the scope of Código Magra — including, but not limited to, class videos, instructional materials, protocols, behavioral methodology, program dynamics, strategies, and any other material accessed after purchase — is for strictly personal, non-transferable use. Users are expressly prohibited from reproducing, copying, sharing, distributing, transmitting, publishing, or making this content available to third parties, whether free of charge or for a fee, by any means or platform, without the prior written authorization of Código Magra. Failure to comply with this clause will subject the offender to the penalties provided for under United States copyright law (including the U.S. Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.), as well as civil liability for losses and damages.

Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases

We may offer recurring subscription options (e.g., monthly delivery of supplements). By purchasing a subscription, you agree that PAYMENTS WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY AT THE CHOSEN FREQUENCY (monthly, bimonthly, etc.) UNTIL CANCELED BY YOU.

You must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellation can be done at any time through your “My Account” dashboard or by contacting us via email.

Products, Pricing, and Purchases

We do our best to accurately display the colors and details of our products; however, we cannot guarantee that the display on your monitor is exact. Receiving an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain pricing or availability errors.

Product prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). By completing your purchase, you agree to pay for the products, shipping, and any applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to refuse any order and to prohibit sales to unauthorized resellers.

Refund and Return Policy

To request a refund, contact us through our official support email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped by partner carriers or the United States Postal Service (USPS). The risk of loss and title to the items pass to you at the moment of delivery to the carrier. We will work actively to resolve any issue of loss or damage occurring during transit.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law.
• Transmit unsolicited advertising, “spam,” or chain letters.
• Falsify your identity or attempt to impersonate Código Magra or its employees.
• Introduce viruses, Trojan horses, or any technologically harmful material.
• Attack the site via denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.

Nature of Our Offerings

Depending on the plan or product purchased, Código Magra may include distinct components that are governed separately: (a) physical dietary supplements (such as Code Up and Code Balance), which are foods/supplements and not medications; (b) digital access to the Código Magra application and educational content, licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use and provided for informational purposes only; (c) access to a members’ community, which offers peer support and is not a source of professional or medical advice; and (d), in specific plans, live sessions with a nutritionist and educational mentoring, offered according to the schedule and scope described for each plan. None of these components creates a doctor-patient, nutritionist-patient, or therapist-patient relationship, and none replaces care from your own licensed healthcare provider. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration; our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT PURCHASED.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Código Magra, its directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Privacy and Data

All information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy, developed in compliance with applicable United States federal and state privacy laws. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent permitted by law, the laws of the State of Florida, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on the customer’s state of residence. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the courts located in the State of Florida.
